Pool History:

The Crestview Recreation Association was incorporated in 1958. The primary purpose was to construct and operate a local swimming pool to benefit and be used by the surrounding home owners.
The results of this original effort reached levels unanticipated by the original founders. Crestview Swim Club has a membership of approximately 140 families, with not just a pool, but two volleyball courts, two horseshoe pits, a playground, fenced in baby-pool and a picnic area. The day-to-day activities of running the pool are subcontracted to a local pool management company under the direction of the Board of Directors.
Crestview has evolved due to the dedication and efforts of its membership. We value a relaxed atmosphere where good friends and family can enjoy outdoor activities. The social events are an opportunity to enjoy the
company of other members in an informal situation. Members can get to know neighbors and catch up on winter activities of our not-so-close neighbors. The friendliness of the members is what has made and will continue to make Crestview the special place that it is today.
